If you’ve trained properly and have exceptional genetics, your abs will emerge from the pool with washboard status, your triceps will resemble lobster claws, and your biceps will increase like baseballs. Let’s be clear: When you try to get lower, body fat levels decrease significantly. Most serious lifters might not achieve that low body fat percentage without adopting significant lifestyle changes. Consider consulting with your doctor about your objectives and finding a reputable coach or dietitian to assist you on the road to achieving the striated look.
