You can still do vertical knee raises, dips, and Atlas push-ups to your heart’s content with this machine, and the cost will save you some money.

Note that when you get into the details this machine differs from the XMark’s full Power Tower in a few other important respects. It’s made of lighter steel, so it may not be as durable. The cushions are thinner. Not all of the differences are bad; its push-up handles are actually integrated into the station’s frame better than on the tower version.
